Your purchase of prepaid hours is an agreement between you and Mirror Images Web Services to be used towards hourly charges in the maintenance of your website(s).

• Standard website maintenance services performed will use time sheets to track and then deduct time used from your prepaid service hours with a minimum charge of $25 per session.
• Emergency services required to be performed after hours, on weekends or holidays are not included under this agreement and will be charged at the rate of $65.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $35.00.
• Work Requests will be attended to within 24-48 business hours. The exception to this would be any changes that are estimated take longer than 3 hours to complete, new site/page design. You will receive notice by email if your changes require more than three hours.
• All work under this agreement will be tracked using time sheets and you will be provided with detailed copies of these sheets via email.
• Charges for hours that exceed the amount of your deposit during the session in which your balance is exceeded will be billed at rate per hour for your purchase for one hour only. Additional time will be billed at $55 per hour.
• Telephone consultations exceeding 30 minutes will be charged to to your account.
• Any balance will be due within 7 days of the completion of requested work. Balance due on outstanding invoices will be deducted from a new agreement if generated, as it was billed to you.
• Errors or omissions made in the course updating your website must be reported via email within 24 hours of issuance of time sheet statement will be corrected or added free of charge. Errors or omissions reported AFTER 24 hours will require additional charges.
• Payments for hosting, domain registration services or other services cannot be deducted from this deposit unless by special agreement.
• Either party may cancel this maintenance agreement at any time, in writing. Balance remaining on agreement is non-refundable after 30 days.
• Your deposit will not expire but will not be refunded if the business, Mirror Images Web Services, ceases operations at any time after your 30 day refund period.
• Choice of Law: Regardless of the place of signing of this agreement, the Client agrees that for purposes of venue, this agreement was entered into in Beaufort County, South Carolina. Any disputes regarding this agreement will be litigated in Beaufort County, South Carolina. This agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of South Carolina.
• Your payment for purchase of these prepaid hours is considered your acceptance of all above terms and all other terms of service provided by Mirror Images.
