If your site is covered by one of our WordPress Service Plans your site will be checked for compatibility, backed up, and updated as soon as possible. No sites are updated until fully checked for compatibility.

If your site is not covered by a WordPress Service Plan and your plan on updating yourself, please backup your site before installing.

If you DO NOT have a current WordPress service plan and would like your site updated, you must request updates to your WordPress site. Please use the contact form found HERE. There is a minimum, prepaid charge of $25 for this service.
