What is Website Maintenance?

Many times, a company or individual will design or create a website for a business and then make you wait weeks for updates to your site. Other companies offer to provide you with a website, and then expect you to manage complicated changes and updates using an even more complicated and costly CMS (Content Management System).

Website maintenance is the largest part of our customer service work - done behind the scenes to help keep your site online and up to date with quick turn around time and reliable, discreet service. We can coordinate all of your web services including maintenance, hosting & domain services!

Some small businesses and companies can't afford to have a trained, full-time person on staff to make changes and updates to their website once a month. Mirror Images can provide maintenance services for your business website, at an affordable rate, as needed.

Contracted services give you or your company a lower rate and priority service. Turn-around time on basic changes or updates is 24-48 hours, and in most cases the work is done the same day! Sites not hosted on our servers will have a slightly higher rate for maintenance.

Available Maintenance Services

On-Request
Only available to Mirror Images hosting customers.
No contract or deposit required. Submit your request for updates to your site and have the work completed within 72 business hours. Work is billed at $55 per hour, with a minimum charge of $13.75. Work requests required to be performed after business hours, weekends or holidays billed at $65 per hour, minimum of $25.00. Work is released to your website after invoice has been paid in full.

Maintenance Retainer
Priority Service
Contract and deposit required. Work requests are completed within 48 business hours and charged to your retainer at a rate of $45 per hour, minimum charge of $10 for sites hosted with Mirror Images. Websites not hosted with Mirror Images will be billed at $50 per hour, with a minimum charge of $12.50.

Changes under contract are immediately available on your website. Work requests required to be performed after business hours, weekends or holidays billed at $65 per hour, minimum of $25.00 and deducted from your retainer. Charges exceeding your retainer balance are billed at the contracted rate for the first hour.

We do not provide maintenance service to FrontPage or ASP.NET websites at this time.

Premium Service Plan
Highest Priority Service. Only available to Mirror Images hosting customers.
Billed in Quarterly or Annual installments with the option to include Signature 10GB Hosting. New domain registration or annual renewal with Mi-Domains.Com is also included. Work requests are completed within 12 to 24 hours. This plan gets first priority service, reduced maintenance charges, no minimum charge, no additional charges for after hours, weekends or holiday updates. Three services levels are available:

• Silver Service - Up to 4 hours priority service per month. Additional hours billed at $40 per hour.
  $480 per quarter ($160 p/mo) ~ $1760 annual ($160 p/mo, 1 month free)
• Gold Service - Up to 6 hours priority service per month. Additional hours billed at $35 per hour.
  $630 per quarter ($210 p/mo) ~ $2310 annual ($210 p/mo, 1 month free)
• Platinum Service - Up to 8 hours priority service per month. Additional hours billed at $30 per hour.
  $720 per quarter ($240 p/mo) ~ $2640 annual ($240 p/mo, 1 month free)

Add Signature 10GB Hosting to any of the above service plans for only $30 p/qtr, $110 annual.
