How will I know how much is left in my account at any given time?

Each time you request work on your website, a timesheet is created via OpenAir Time Tracking Services, and from that, an invoice is created. Charges on the invoice are deducted from your retainer, and a link to that invoice is emailed to you.

When you view that invoice (or any previous invoice) there is always a link to your "statement" at the top of the page. Clicking on that link, from the current invoice or any previous invoice will give you the most recent retainer balance.
