Why can't my billing email address be associated with my domain name?
Payment for new hosting is required before domain will be activated on our servers. Electronic inovices cannot be sent without a functioning email address.
Your billing email address is also used as an emergency contact address. Should there ever be a problem with your domain - such as a failure to renew domain registration or suspension of web services - that address is used to contact you.
