Mirror Images Policies & Terms of Service (TOS)

All of our policies are available online for your review at any time. Policies and terms are subject to change without notice and will be noted on the documents as they occur. It is the responsibility of you as the customer to review these documents for updates on a periodic basis for changes or updates.

Mirror Images Payment Services

VIEW or PAY INVOICE - View your invoice summary with option to pay online. An invoice number and billing email address are required to view invoice summary.

MAINTENANCE DEPOSIT - Make a deposit on your existing maintenance agreement or generate and make payment on a new agreement if you are an existing Mirror Images customer.

LOCATE INVOICES - Have your current invoice numbers sent to you via email.

LOCATE BILLING EMAIL if you are not sure what your billing email address is and you will be contacted by a Mirror Images representative.

NOTICE: As of February 10, 2008, the maximum number of domains in FLEX 250 hosting plans will be reduced from 3 to 2 domains. The terms of this service change will not be enforced for users currently having 2 or more domains under this plan until such time the user requests changes to existing plan such as removal of a domain or request to add new domain.
